Ching Tung is one of a number of supporting HK actors regularly cast in triad roles
(Casino, Girls Without Tomorrow, Gun N' Rose, Portland Street Blues, etc.).
In Ringo Lam and Tsui Hark's martial arts epic Burning Paradise (1994), he played
Crimson, a villain whose choice weapon was a large crescent shaped blade attached
to a long pull-chain. One of his best roles was as Skinny, Andy Lau's loyal triad
friend in Dragon in Jail (1990).
